The City Government of Balanga held the successful groundbreaking ceremony of the ANCOP TESDA Training Center and the blessing of a new mobile clinic in Brgy. Bani, Cataning. This momentous event, held on June 19, 2024, marks a significant milestone in the city’s ongoing efforts to enhance educational and healthcare services for its residents. The initiative has been generously sponsored by Couples For Christ (CFC) UAE.

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome from Bro. Raymund Bucu, Provincial Area Head of CFC Bataan. His remarks set a positive tone for the event, highlighting the profound impact these new facilities will have on the community.

Mayor Francis Anthony S. Garcia delivered an inspiring message, reaffirming the city’s commitment to improving the quality of life for all citizens. Mayor Garcia thanked partners, donors, and the community for their unwavering support. 

DHSUD Undersecretary Engr. Emmanuel Pineda also addressed the attendees, underscoring the importance of public-private partnerships in driving sustainable development. He praised the collaborative efforts that have brought this project to fruition, noting the substantial benefits it will deliver to the residents.
