June 1, 2024 – A total of 380 children from across Balanga City participated in the annual MSGC Operation Tuli organized by the Ugnayang Balangueño Multi-Sectoral Governance Coalition (MSGC) in close partnership with the City Government of Balanga and its stakeholders and sponsors. Held at PENELCO Auditorium, this event highlights the community’s commitment to the health and well-being of its youth.

The success of this event was made possible by the unwavering support of Mayor Francis and Mayora Raquel Garcia, MSGC President  Engr. Rob Enriquez, Committee Heads Dr. Ariel Ilaya and Dr. Ramil Pizarro, stakeholders, and sponsors, whose commitment to the welfare of the city’s youth has always been evident. 

The MSGC and the City Government of Balanga extended their gratitude to the 25 Barangays, led by ABC Kap. Erlinda Ganzon, and the volunteers from various medical institutions, including BGHMC, Bataan Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, Bataan Kidney and Dialysis Center, Centro Medico De Santisimo Rosario, ILAYA Medical Clinic, Bataan Medical Society, and Balanga City HEMS. Their combined expertise and compassion ensured that each child received the highest quality of care.
