April 19, 2024 – Eleven remarkable candidates vied for the title of Ina ng Kalikasan 2024 held at Plaza Mayor de Balanga, echoing the spirit of last year’s Ginang Balangueña 2023. Ina ng Kalikasan 2024 was not just a beauty pageant; it was a platform for values of motherhood and environmental awareness.

The competition started with a burst of summer energy as the candidates dazzled the audience in the Summer Wear Competition showcasing not only their poise but also their commitment to sustainability. The Talent Competition brought forth entertaining performances, each reflecting the unique skills and passion of the contestants.

One of the most captivating segments of the evening was the Kalikasan Attire, where the candidates showcased their creativity and commitment to environmental conservation by wearing recycled gowns. 

Judged not only on their physical beauty but also on their personality, talent, and intelligence, the contestants faced a panel of esteemed judges who meticulously evaluated them. It was a testament to the pageant’s commitment to honoring holistic beauty and celebrating the qualities of womanhood.

The success of Ina ng Kalikasan 2024 was made possible by the visionary leadership of Mayor Francis Anthony S. Garcia, whose unwavering support for the event underscored the city’s commitment to promoting the city’s vibrant culture in line with the Pistang Balangueño 2024 through the collective efforts of the City Tourism Office led by Mr. Norlie C. Castro, Balanga City Tourism Council chaired by Mayora Raquel Garcia, and the City Government of Balanga. 

Committee Chair on Tourism Hon. Jowee Nisay Zabala extended her heartfelt gratitude to all the candidates for their participation, emphasizing the honor they brought to the city and the invaluable role they played in the spirit of motherhood and conservation of nature. Ina ng Kalikasan 2024 was not just a pageant; it was a testament to the power of women to inspire change and make a positive impact on the world around them.

Cash prizes were awarded worth Php 10,000 for the Inang Kalikasan 2024; Php 7,000 for the 1st runner-up, and Php 5,000 for the 2nd runner-up.
