March 08, 2023 – The City Bids and Awards Committee chaired by Engr. Marilen Alonzo facilitated the session on “Process Flow for Procurement and Payment” and “Coaching on Preparation of Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP)” yesterday, March 07, at The Bunker.

The activity aims to rationalize the city government’s procurement system to ensure that all departments are on board with the new procedure that will be implemented. 

The meeting was attended by city Department Heads, Officers-in-Charge (OICs), and their focal person/s who were later joined by Governor Jose Enrique S. Garcia, III.
